At Me & My, we are committed to providing a hassle-free shopping experience. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

By purchasing from Me & My, you indicate your acceptance of our return and exchange policy terms. Me & My reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the item does not meet our policy criteria.

Returns & Exchanges:

1. Request Window: All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit https://memy.co.in/apps/ecoreturns and follow the instructions.

2. Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags intact. If any item is found to be used, worn, torn, or altered, it will not be eligible for return or exchange, and a charge will be deducted from the store credit issued.

3. Refunds: Refunds will be provided as store credit (Valid for 180 days). If the returned product shows signs of being used, an additional deduction will be made from the store credit.

4. Additional Information :

• Please note product can be exchanged/Return only once.
• Non-returnable : Items purchased on sale or with a discount

5. Pickup Facility: Me & My will arrange a pickup for your return or exchange order, and the exchanged item will be delivered to you after successful pickup. However, if your pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to ship the product to our location at your own risk and cost.

Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends, on bank holidays and any other public holidays as declared by the Government of India and by State of Rajasthan.

Kindly note that it's essential to wait for our confirmation before sending back the item. Upon receiving our confirmation, you can proceed to return the item to us. We will then coordinate with our logistics partner to facilitate the replacement process. We kindly request that you do not send any items for return or replacement without receiving our confirmation, as we cannot take responsibility for such shipments.

Please note For Men's Shirt (Category) their is a charge of Rs 89 (Each Shirt) for Return/Exchange. Which will be collected in advance while raising a request.
