  • Sometime due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay in processing your order. This is because the product(s) you selected are currently not available in stock.

  • We offer various shipping options to cater to your needs, including standard and express shipping.
  • Shipping charges vary based on the selected method, No Charge for Standard Shipping, Additional Rs 30 charge for express shipping & Rs 50 charge for rush shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-6 business days within [domestic region].
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-5 business days within [domestic region].
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method.

4. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS and Whatsapp containing tracking details to monitor your package's progress.

5. Shipping Confirmation:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email, SMS and Whatsapp once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

6. Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or mis-delivery or cancellation of order
  • We are not responsible for any delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

7. Delays and Issues:

  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors such as weather, customs, or carrier delays might impact delivery schedules.
  • Please note : In case of any dispute with regards to missing item, damage product, parcel opening video is must; Needs to be raised within 24-48 hours.
  • In case of any order cancellation, refund will be credited to the source account of the customer

10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery:

  • Please note if order is return due to customer mistake convenience fee will be charged. If not delivered, the refund will be credited to the source account of the customer.
