The combination of vertical gold stripes and placed lotus motifs is as old as Indian textile craft Ñ and this Amethyst Stripe Tassel dupatta set makes it feel entirely of the moment. Rich Amethyst Purple is threaded through with fine gold vertical stripes that run from shoulder to hem in a continuous, luminous pattern. Against this striped ground, large Antique Gold lotus flowers are placed on the lower kurta with the quiet authority of a meditation icon Ñ sacred, unhurried, and beautiful. At the neckline, ivory lace trim and a tassel tie finish the round neck with artisan softness, and the same lace traces the cuffs in a detail that ties the whole garment together.
